Governors Island, Monday, July 13, 2015
/Today we went to Governors Island and we did so many things. We had to get on a Ferry Boat to get to Governors Island. Our favorite part was when we went to the playground and we used the tree house, the swings, and the mini-golf stations. I learned that no matter what you do, you should stay positive. The houses that were around were old and nobody used them.The houses are used as museums and to display art work. You can learn a lot about people like their favorite colors and so much more, and that when the U.S. was at war and they used forts to hide the soldiers.
