Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Tuesday, July 28, 2015
/Today we went to The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Jazzlyn’s favorite part of the day was when we went on the South Ferry. Lawrence’s favorite part of the day was the view of The Statue of Liberty. Katherine’s favorite part of the day was when we were on the South Ferry because the breeze felt so nice. Lawrence learned that people had to bring a limited amount of things to bring on the boat. Jazzlyn learned how people got to the United States of America. Katherine learned that the Statue of Liberty was a gift from the French. Jazzlyn is thankful for Ms.Dooley and Ms.Korn because they created this fun camp. Katherine is thankful for Ms .Korn and Ms.Dooley because they work hard this summer. Lawrence is thankful for Ms. Dooley and Ms.Korn buying us tickets to see the movie of Jurassic World. If Jazzlyn could bring something to a different country she would bring money. If Lawrence could bring one thing to a different country he would bring his phone. If Katherine could bring something to a different country she would bring her mother’s name necklace.
